The apartment was clean and comfortable. It has a good position , just a 200 metres or so stroll to the beach. The town is small but has all amenities and a good connection by tram to Denia or bus to Benidorm. A nice resort, good for a quiet relaxing holiday. Some parasols by the pool area might be nice.... These apartments are superb, we have stayed in Albir many times but Mimar is definately the best accommodation we have had. The staff are friendly & helpful the pool area is lovely ,clean and tidy. Just a short stroll from the beach, bars and restaurants. We will be back, after staying here we wouldn't stay anywhere else, Perfect!

I had high expectations but the apartment surpassed those. New, clean, convenient and in a perfect location. The garden and the pool were very nice too. Friendly staff and nice cafe. I can not think of a better place to stay in Albir.

This new outstanding apartment only 2 minutes walk from the beach and the promenade. All the balconies have the view to the quiet palm avenue. From highest floors there is a sea view.
