We've stayed at this hotel many times before and always been happy, hence our return again, but were left feeling a bit disappointed this time. Our room, whilst very quiet and with a lovely view, was a bit faded, grubby in places, and in need of a bit of a 'spruce up'. We stayed half-board and whilst the food was... More

You have to pay in afvangen before they give you the key. We paid for a superior room but got a room that looked like a single room with just an additional bed put in. After we made a complaint they reacted very unfriendly and we got another room that was not superior as well. We threatened to leave and... More

I had a room with an magnificent sea view during my stay in the hotel. It was a quite large, twin-bed room including even an additional sofa. I made mistake during my reservation and hotel stuff realized that I was intending to pay 33 euros more than I should. They fixed my mistake and charge me less than my expectation.... More

We had a wedding in the hotel Cap Roig in September 2013. The hotel itself suites perfectly for events like this. It is located on the rock covered with pines and has fascinating views over the sea. The hotel is very beautifully decorated with antiques, pictures, flowers etc. The rooms are light, spacious and have a perfect view over the... More

This is a charming hotel but needs a lot of work! The location above a cove is stunning and the walk down to the private beach is breath taking! Sea view rooms are spacious, with whirlpool baths and the balcony views are awesome. A very lovely picturesque cove and beach at the bottom of the hotel with crystal clear water.... More

This hotel is placed in a really beautiful place. In front of the sea, in a cliff. The hotel is old, but clean and with agreable staff. I would recommend it for stay a few nights. Sometimes it is crowded and it is difficult to find a place to eat or to stay in the swimming pool

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anything more than a few nights. It does, however, sit perched above a lovely cove. Our room was quite noisy, breakfast is basic, dinner is in a fairly soulless location. Too far for most people to walk to town. Definitely one for a night or two stopover and no more - especially if you... More

I only stayed, thank goodness, for one night in this hotel. My room was small, the bed narrow and the air-conditioning did not work. I noticed that one of the electric power points was hanging off the wall. I asked the night porter for an alarm call for 7.30am on the following morning and I never got it.

If you want charm and a relaxing stay, friendly staff, good food then this is for you. If you want a cold glass gin palace with no one talking to you then its not. Breakfast was so enjoyable up on the top of the hotel with a wonderful veiw. Room was spacious again with a great view and cool breeze... More

Impossible to stay in the pool (under dimensioned), sun shade broken (all) sun beds broken (most), wifi not working, VAT not included in the prices for the Bar (?). The parking is a nightmare (under dimensioned), breakfast time limited to 10.00 am (consequent crowd).... The high cost of this hotel does not justify 4 stars and possibly a glorious past... More
