we have just returned from a week at the impressive xaloc hotel in the exclusive resort of platja d'aro. the hotel is located on the edge of a very busy (expensive) resort. you access one of the many lovely beaches via a few steps and a few yards away you find yourself on a busy, but very nice small sand/shingle... more
