00:15, me and my friends were hungry. Nothing was open. The hotel's kitchen was closed. Nevertheless, the waitresses served us an excellent cold dinner, with great wine. Best of all was the prices was absolutely resonable. The views from the hotel are excellent as well.

My husband and I had a lovely Jr. Suite at this property. I don't remember the room number, but it was at the end of the first floor - a long walk - but our terrace adjoined their garden area for a great, spacious feel and lovely views. Our room was ultra comfortable, very spacious and beautifully decorated. No detail... More

We had a wonderful night's stay. The outdoor pool does not open until July 1st but if you are a lap swimmer, the indoor pool will do just fine. There is an outdoor hot tub, but it was luke warm at best. The hotel itself, including the rooms are spotless, There is a nice deck off the room overlooking the... More

We were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. Every member of the staff with whom we interacted was very helpful, courteous and friendly. The views from the rooms, the terrace and the restaurant were spectacular. There were ample covered parking facilities. The restaurant was very good and simple fare could be had in the terrace, the... More

We stayed here as a substitute for another Relais & Chateaux property that had closed without notice. This turned out to be a great property and we were glad we stayed there. Rooms are located down a l-o-n-g hallway. We opted for a junior suite with terrace. It was lovely to look at the mountains from our room and we... More

It was our arrival to this hotel that placed it. We received a warm & genuine welcome. The front desk staff possessed the fine mixture of being both professional and friendly. The grounds are beautiful. The room was nice, no more or less. We ate dinner twice at this hotel, nothing wrong with the quality or selection, but the service... More

first and most important: extremly friendly and attentive service, at the front desk and in the restaurant! it's a very nice and very quiet hotel with beautiful panoramic view into the valley. free wifi, not real fast though. the (cheaper) rooms at the upper floor are a bit cramped, but still OK. the architect was not really up to his... Loved the view from our balcony of the Pyrennes and town below. Would come back here just for that! The restaurant is excellent too. However, the rooms and sitting rooms are a bit dated as other writers have indicated.

My latest visit to this establishment was on a special occasion, a club anniversary and we had really been looking forward to it as it had been promised to be special. It is of course not always easy to know which parts of an "event" are managed by the promoters and which parts by the venue, in this case the... More

Our room was beautiful and had a balcony overlooking the Pyrenees. The room was very comfortable and clean, towels and toiletries replenished appropriately. I wish they had an electric outlet in the bathroom, but that is frequently an issue in Europe. We had just stayed at a much more modest Best Western that was fully equipped with outlets for charging... More
