The beds are the worst beds in the world, for a four star hotel, they should be ashamed!! Maintance of the hotel rooms is poor, with holes in the curtains and bed sheets. Would recommend people to stay in the hotel

After a 26km slog from Montserrat, and the last 4km through the industrial suburbs of Igualada, I was received pleasantly by the staff at reception-- I spoke to them in Castilian Spanish so I do not know if they speak English.
