Very good hotel located close to main road. Hotels in Spain are full of nice surprisises and Gran Hotel is one of them. Cosy and fragrance. Subtle swimming pool, sauna zone. Worthwhile.

Traditional rooms are large and well furnished. Nice bath products etc. Outdoor pool has stunning views. Staff were very friendly. Minor downsides were an occasional "Barcelona" stench (drains - nothing that an open window couldn't resolve with a little fresh air) and indoor pool could benefit from a lick of paint.

Stayed on business, comfortable room, however the airconditioning appeared not to work. Lovely views of Barcelona on some sides and a quarry on other. Used a meeting room which was good and free wifi throughout which is a bonus.

Pros: -Good views Cons: -Poor location. To go to Barcelona, you have to call a taxi, go to Castdelldefels rail station in 5 minutes, take a train to Barcelona in about 30 minutes, then use the metro -Did not feel like a 4 star hotel
