We have just returned from our fourth time at this hotel. On previous occasions it was a child friendly hotel but has now changed to Adult only – perfect. On our arrival we were greeted by the receptionist who instantly recognised us and also greeted by Pako the entertainment guy. We were unable to get the room we requested but... More

This was our first time in Lanzarote, not sure what to expect. We were extremely pleased with the hotel, the location was ideal, very quiet, which is just what we wanted, not to have children around was a great advantage. Reception and bar staff were very helpful and pleasant We didn't eat in the restaurant but looked lovely. The pool... More

Have just returned home after spending 2 weeks at these apartments. This is our second visit and as previous posts have stated we cannot fault the front of house receptionists and the bar staff, Eguardo, Lorenzo, Elena and Luka. Paco was as per usual - outstanding. What an asset these folk are to the complex. On our arrival, we were... More

I spent a week in September 2014 at this hotel. The room was large and cleanish, bit dirty in the corners and on the kitchen handles - room was also quite dim. Location is great though and a ok choice for a cheap week. I would say this is more 3 star than 4 but think the price reflects the... More

Brilliant holiday. Hotel in beautiful quiet location but not too far from restaurants and pubs in both directions. Pako and Eduardo were brilliant. Even got Mr James and Mr Les involved in water polo. Like some other reviews my only gripe was the apartments could have been cleaner. The sunbed problem could be rectified by changing the big circular beds... More

Arrived at the apartments around 1pm but our room was not ready yet, the reception staff were very pleasant and explained why, this was not a problem as there is the Sunset bar and lounge on the complex which offer very reasonable food and drink at very competitive prices. We went to our room a little time later and were... More

We normally go to the Yaiza however though a cheap week was needed, the apartments are clean and well furnished, The complex was peaceful and the entertainment staff were fantastic. My only gripe was no Air conditioning in the two bedroom apartments which made it almost unbearable at night on top of that the beds were hard as a rock,... More

Stayed here for two weeks and the only reason for not giving excellent was due to no air con in our rooms even though we had ceiling fans we found these too noisy to use and so we did not sleep so good as it was very humid and although we had the windows open the breeze seemed to die... More

This Thomson adults only apartments complex is superb on most counts. The apartments themselves are spacious, quiet, and well maintained, some with terrific views such as 23. The reception and staff and courtyard very welcoming. The pool is great (despite the odd 3cm tile being missing) and 5 days a week is used by Pako, the only Animations team member.... More

The pool area/reception/gardens and bar were all perfectly maintained and clean. All of the staff that we met were fantastic. We did have a few problems in our apartment (shower broke, safe stopped working and toilet light bulbs blown), however, these were all swiftly and politely fixed. The apartment was large, very very dated and tired looking. When we first... More
