The room was very unsafe, the interconnecting door was closed with a piece of paper. my granddaughter safety was at risk. she could have been abducted. her toy want missing when we went down to reception to complain. Just returned from 10 fantastic nights at the Rubicon Palace and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Upgraded to sea view palace room which was excellent. The all inclusive package is very good value for money and the quality of the food is first class. My children are the fussiest eaters and they were more than happy with the choice.... more
