We had a week here with our two teenagers. Had a great time. The f ood was excellent and the choice phenominal . We always sat out on the terrace to eat though, as the dining room was always noisy and hot- reminded me of a canteen. Also didnt like the cats roaming around the tables! Never been All Inclusive... more

Having stayed at this hotel before (last september). We had great expecations of a nice relaxing holiday with great food and drink, quiet and well kept surroundings, plenty of sun and friendly staff. We were not dissapointed in any way !!!!!!!!!! We arrived late on our first night, 12.30am, 3 hour delay due to greek airport stike. So our plane... more

Im confused about a previous review about towels & safe both required a deposit of 10 euros & 6 euros which was refunded was the towel & key were returned. Also a previous review about the room well maybe this was a one off and very surprised it was not sorted there & then? As for the staff there were... more

H10 Rubicon palace. Firstly if you expect not to spend any money when you book all-inclusive think again we shelled out for hidden extras ie towels, safe & fridge, not what we expected. but not quite as bad as most of the staffs attitude! apart from the entertainment team, they were rude & very unhelpful, we had several arguments in... more

We have just returned from the Rubicon Palace having spent our honneymoon there. We couldnt have wished for a better hotel. Having read some of the previous reviews we were a little concerned but these concerns were completely unfounded. When we got to the hotel we were told that we had been upgraded from all inclusive to all inclusive plus... more

Just returned from 10 fantastic nights at the Rubicon Palace and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Upgraded to sea view palace room which was excellent. The all inclusive package is very good value for money and the quality of the food is first class. My children are the fussiest eaters and they were more than happy with the choice.... more

Stayed for one week after Easter. Have stayed at a few 4 star hotels in the Canaries, this was my least favourite. Nothing stunningly bad, just not up to my expectations. Room was a bit rough around the edges and cleaning not the best on some days. Food was OK with a reasonable selection but on almost every day the... more
