A little late in posting this review. We stayed at the Rubicon between 27th September and 9th October and thoroughly enjoyed our stay (once again). We have been at this hotel three times a year for the past 7 years and have to admit it ticks all our boxes. The staff are fantastic, from the lovely girl cleaning our room, the... More

Stayed in September for two weeks. This was our 7th visit and every time it just gets better. Clean comfortable rooms. Great variety of food and drinks. Plenty of pools and sun beds. Excellent customer service and we have never upgraded to privilege or been made to feel inferior by any member of staff. We love Lanzarote and over the... More

Stayed here in October for one week. Family of three with young child of five years old. All inclusive. The hotel is in a superb location about five minutes drive from central Playa Blanca. Thirty minute walk along coastline. The views are spectacular and the grounds are vast which means never a sense of being crammed in. All facilities generally... More

To be honest read my other reviews. If I didn't like it I wouldn't go back. I love everything about this hotel. It's position, the staff, the rooms, the food. Because I have visited so many times before I was more than happy to go solo for a week. Hotel is totally safe. I always go Privilege as I like... More

Just returned from a week at this hotel.First impressions were not good as the seating in the reception area was very badly stained and grotty looking .We were upgraded to a privilege room but could not use any of the privilege facilities !! Room was very nice and clean with a great view.Apart from the Italian restaurant and the Arabian... More

Just returned from a second visit but felt the food budget must have been reduced since out last visit as the quality was not a patch on the last visit. Love the hotel, staff very good, bars ok with good service, can put up with the limited evening entertainment but sorry cannot live on salad and pasta for a week.

After our usual route march from the plane to Passport Control & trek to the Bus Station & difficulty finding our Bus we eventually arrived & booked in to the Rubicon exactly 2 hours after landing! Accommodation excellent; food & service first class with helpful Staff always available to help with "W-Fi" problems etc. Cinema "amateurish" with poor sound (Sherlock... More
