My family and I stayed in the Rubicon Palace for two weeks, coming home on Sunday 12th July. The Hotel is amazing, staff very friendly and more than willing to help. My folks were upgraded to a suite (being part of the H10 club – but make sure you have your card to get the best offers) and I had... more

Stayed at the Rubicon Palace in February 2009, we were on an all inclusive package from Thomson. The hotel itself is immaculate - the grounds are lovely, as are the rooms. Everything is clean and very well maintained. There are no signs of mess or rubbish at all! The food is very nice, especially the lunch buffet available at the... more

Having experienced many Thomson Golds we thought we would try this Hotel which we thought would have a few kids about but not too many......WOW, we arrived on 28th June and half of Spain were there with all the children. The Hotel must have been 80 % Spanish, the noise generated in the pool areas and resturants was unbelievable. No... more

We had an enjoyable, relaxing holiday at the H10 Rubicon Palace. Room was lovely with a fab view over to Fuerteventura. The food was amazing, very varied and fresh. Our 5 year old twin boys never had any problems finding anything to eat. Staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Pools and grounds were... more

All areas of the hotel are kept very clean and maid service everyday and constant clean sheets on the bed. The food is excellent, well prepared, well cooked and the choice is... more

We thought about cancelling our holiday when we read some of the reviews before we left but I am so glad we did not. The hotel was great but what really made the holiday was the entertainment team. We have never got involved with activities on holiday before but this team were do good we ended up extending our holiday... more

She chose this hotel and i was a bit dubious after the varied reviews on this site- but i needn't have worried. As soon as we arrived we were shown to our room by a young chap in a hotel car. The grounds... more
