We first visited this hotel in 2006 and had such a brilliant stay we said we would go back one day. now we have children we wanted to go somewhere that the entertainment for children was good so therefore decided to revisit the Rubicon Palace. We were certainly not disappointed and we were in a party of 11 adults and... More

Had a brilliant stay at the Rubicon Palace in June 2014. Beautiful hotel, personally for the money we paid we thought it was very grand compared to other resorts we had stayed in before and our family room was lovely and big. It easily accommodated 2 adults (even having a double bed each!), a 3 year old, a 10 month... More

This was our first time at this hotel and although it was larger in area than the ones we normally stay at; having several buildings of two/ three storeys we still had a great time. The hotel was very efficiently run as you would expect with H10 with all public areas kept clean and tidy. The room we had was... More

Not sure, where to start... We arrived and waited quite a while for the room to be ready and when we were shown to it we were hugely disappointed it was basic...not even an extraction fan in the bathroom. The,restaurant served basic food but there was certainly enough for everyone but I would have to agree with previous reviews there seemed... More

After reading some of the reviews on here I find some of them very finnicky. It is a huge hotel, first impressions are very good. We were upgraded to a privilege room by reception at no extra charge, didn't have the privilege bands just the room. Bedrooms are clean and comfortable. Food is gorgeous, absolutely no complaint and the Italian... More

Went with my wife for a weeks break and was slightly pessimistic after a few reviews but had a great time. Upgraded to Privilege, which has some great little extras but don't worry if you don't. Rooms were comfortable, food was excellent and the upkeep of the hotel is exceptional. Staff also work very hard and are a credit to... More

Visited during September 14, hotel was great. Travelled with 4 adults & 2 children under 3, facilities for all were superb. Kids pools & play areas kept children amused throughout. Food was high quality & varied. Would recommend & will definitely return :-)

Having read reviews on this hotel me and my girlfriend decided to book in and stayed from the 7th-14th September. The hotel itself is fantastic, the decor, service, rooms and cleanliness I could not fault. There are many pics of flies, cracked paint etc on this site but in my opinion those people must go out seeking out every crack and... More
