We weren't expecting much from the hotel so were surprised to be disappointed. Some simple things could be done to have improved our experience. For example; having more areas to sunbathe, at least more parasols, having a bar closer to smaller pools, improving quality of food in general restaurants, making it clear what drinks were available and providing variety of... Holiday From 9 - 19th October 2014. All Inclusive. Huge hotel with rooms over a huge complex. Spa area . 2 alternative restaurants - Italian & Oriental Great hotel - great food (sometimes samey) Nice cocktails. Great Room/suite 7002, great view, but the bed was unbelievably hard. The room air conditioning is poor. We had it checked by a technician... More

The all inclusive restaurants had a great selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was lovely... More

When booking this holiday, I tried to read as many reviews of the resort, hotels and surrounding facilities as possible, and this place was no exception. I wanted a quality, adult experience with sun just to kick back for a week after a busy last few months. This place delivers in every way. From the greeting you get the moment... More

Myself, husband and my parents stayed her for 8 days from 27th Sept 2014 - 5th October 2014. From tips on trip advisor we requested rooms near to reception as my father has limited walking ability, we were given rooms 6040 and 6044 which was extremely handy. The rooms were fabulous, much better than I was expecting. Reception area -... More
