Have been going here for years and the place is wonderful, I just feel that it is beginning to look a little shabby. No one spends any money, be it the individual unit owners or wimpen and it's beginning to show. (But enough money is being made!) For example the pool tiles are coming away. The wifi is frustratingly flaky... More

Dear Guest. Thank you for your comments. An investment programme into the community properties at Las Brisas is an on-going scheme and we are surprised you didn't notice any changes. All timeshare villas have undergone new bathroom re-fits, the bar area now has an outdoor wooden terrace, the timeshare villas are all having new kitchens fitted, most of which are... More

We stayed for 2 weeks in late June / early July in a 2 bedroom unit arranged as a private rental. The site is a mixture of conventional timeshare units i.e. owned for one or more weeks, and units which have been purchased outright and then either occupied by the owner or rented out. That probably explains the differences we... More

I have been coming here since 1989. I have seen the resort change so much. Las Brisas is the same - wonderful and ideally placed for sea front, transport links etc. There is entertainment laid on, a bar and restaurant, small shop, wonderful pool, games room, Britsh TV, ......

I have been coming to Lanzarote on and off since 1984, (yes I am old) Playa Blanca has changed for the good over the years. The complexes of Las Brisas have a good selection of Villas with various bedroom accommodations. They have a good size adult pool and fair size pool for smaller children, and there is a life guard... Four of us stayed for the first time the first two weeks in May. We shared a two bed villa with one main bathroom and an ensuite. It was a home from home. Everything was provided from full place settings for eight people to four sun loungers on our south facing patio. We asked for a quiet villa and got... More

We stayed here the first year it opened, when only a few villas were built, it's amazing to look back at old photographs and see the changes! We used to be able to sit on the terrace of the villa and see Papagayo and the harbour - not now! Anyway, Las Brisas! An excellent resort, good villas, a good pool... More

We spent a week here at the end of March and were very impressed . In our experience time shares in the Canary Islands tend to be on the basic side but our bungalow at Las Brisas was well equipped and very comfortable , no dish washer , but not the end of the world ! The whole complex was... More

We stayed in Las Brisas for 4 weeks from 13th february to 13th March and and had a great relaxing time. The complex is so clean and laid back I came home completely refreshed. We had the first 2 weeks in a time share villa and the 2nd in a private one - they were both excellent. We used the... More

What a lovely complex, right next to the centre of town, across the road from the Hiperdino, friendly staff especially Miguel. Villa 110 overlooked the pool, was right next to the bar, which would probably make it a bit too noisy when it's full but we had a quiet week just before the main school holiday so wasn't bad at... Just returned from another lovely relaxing holiday at Las Brisas and cannot recommend this place highly enough. I just love it and look forward to my next visit. You cannot get a better location, within a few minutes walking distance from shops, restaurants, bars and beaches.
