Late October - We had a very disappointing holiday despite numerous previous lovely visits to Las Brisas. Serious problems with bed bug bites (we have awful photos as evidence !) with minimal help , sympathy, action from staff. Visitor beware. It is very unlikely we will be returning.

We stayed in Las Brisas for the first time in June for two weeks and can honestly say it was wonderful. All the accommodation are fully furnished bungalows. They have Sky TV ( English channels ) fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave, plus washing machine. All bungalows have lovely garden with table & chairs, sun loungers and built in barbque. The swimming pool... More

This is the second time I have stayed at this resort. We use it as a base so I cannot comment on the restaurant and other facilities. Within easy walking distance of the promenade and restaurants. We walked to the lighthouse and had regular walks past the marina. The bungalow was clean and well equipped, but is coming up to... More

Have been coming to Las Brisas for a number of years now. The staff are friendly and happy to help, we arrived late in the evening and there was somebody there to greet us. The complex is very well maintained and clean, the pool is having an upgrade in the winter. We stayed in villa 124, which is privately owned... More

Stayed here in September 2014 and loved the resort! The staff are really friendly and would do anything for you. We got there late at night and the receptionist welcomed us and even ordered us a takeaway as the bar was closed. The rooms are a little dated, although the villa we stayed in (19) had recently had both bathrooms... More

Just returned from a three week holiday at this lovely complex, been coming for 15 years running and it is just wonderful. It is very clean, and with a great swimming area and bar. I understand the pool is being upgraded in November, which did need doing. A very central position for the beach, shopping and superb restaurants. The lifeguard,... More

Have been going here for years and the place is wonderful, I just feel that it is beginning to look a little shabby. No one spends any money, be it the individual unit owners or wimpen and it's beginning to show. (But enough money is being made!) For example the pool tiles are coming away. The wifi is frustratingly flaky... More

Dear Guest. Thank you for your comments. An investment programme into the community properties at Las Brisas is an on-going scheme and we are surprised you didn't notice any changes. All timeshare villas have undergone new bathroom re-fits, the bar area now has an outdoor wooden terrace, the timeshare villas are all having new kitchens fitted, most of which are... More

We stayed for 2 weeks in late June / early July in a 2 bedroom unit arranged as a private rental. The site is a mixture of conventional timeshare units i.e. owned for one or more weeks, and units which have been purchased outright and then either occupied by the owner or rented out. That probably explains the differences we... More

I have been coming here since 1989. I have seen the resort change so much. Las Brisas is the same - wonderful and ideally placed for sea front, transport links etc. There is entertainment laid on, a bar and restaurant, small shop, wonderful pool, games room, Britsh TV, ......
