Lovely spacious room, nice pool area, good location and tasty food. Probably down to the time of year (November) but there were a lot of older people staying at the hotel. more

The Natura Palace is sadly let down by the quality and presentation of food in the restaiurant, service here also leaves much to be desired and is no where near four star level. The buildings, rooms, gardens etc are super but do not make up for the poor food experience is the restaurant more
