location was good ...close to west end pubs/clubs etc no tea/coffee facilities in room, skynews & cnn news were the only english channels on tv, room was clean aircon worked breakfast was ok but head breakfast manager was very rude pool was ok however water/minerals where overpriced at bar, & u were not allowed to bring in food or drinks... more

I feel obliged to leave an 'overly' detailed review for this hotel, as some of the previous reviews are not a true reflection and caused me some worry prior to my visit. This has got to be the worst hotel in ibiza if you are going on a 18-30 holiday. I stayed here in 2004 and it has changed so much since then. The security guard is a total nightmare. This guy shouts abuse at you in spanish, takes pictures from the street of you in your balcony, writes reports every nite... more
