I stayed here a few years ago now however I am going back to Ibiza in the summer and have been reading some reviews, I am shocked that even though overall hotel Arenal has good feedback there are a few bad reviews which I just cannot understand. I usually go self catering but on this occasion we went half board... More

Was here Aug 2014.This is not a family friendly hotel, its scruffy, outdated and poorly maintained. The rooms were not cleaned properly, extra £40 per week for aircon=rip-off as you really do need it. Unlucky to have a roomm over the kitchen area with stinky bins. Old falling to bits furniture, bathroom is dingy, can hear other guests convos thru... More

We stayed here in august for a week for our honeymoon, and we cant fault it really. The only thing would be that the room we were in (top floor on the pool side) was outdated. The staff were always friendly and polite and The location was brilliant, close enough to everything we wanted or needed to be able to... More

Had a great time here. not much to complain about really. Room - Dated! rude graffiti on one of the canvases, shower was rubbish and the plugs didn't fit in either the bath or shower. The beds were comfortable, there was loads of space in the wardrobes. unfortunately the rooms weren't cleaned properly like stated but the beds were always... More

This was first visit to San Antonio and we were not sure what to expect. We were delighted to find the Arenal Hotel. The rooms are a little out of date with old style traditional furniture but this added to the experience, There was loads of wardrobe space, the bathroom is large and spacious and the balcony was large too,... As with anything, location, location, location . . is everything. The hotel is in a position as picturesque as any postcard, . . The huge windows at mornings breakfasts and evenings repasts overlook a be-jewelled torquoise bay more eleguent than words, with a mirror clear calmness reflecting sunrises and sunsets lit by God. Even the cheapest camera will have your heart... More

Rooms were lovely and cleaned to a very high standard daily. Good facilities, with entertainment shared with sister Hotel each evening. All meals were excellent with a varied choice. All staff were friendly and very courteous. Excellent location to access the bay or the town with many boat trips available within 200m. Bus station within 300m. Beautiful sunsets can be... More

This was our first trip to San Antonio. Excellent location, 10 minute walk into the town centre and situated across the walkway from the beach. We are a mature couple and half expected the hotel to be somewhat loud and rowdy. We need not have worried, as this after all was the second week in October. We feel that the... More
