For a start, the hotels interior and reception area was dingy and very dirty. The first room myself and my girlfriend were given was disgusting, unclean and the taps and shower had water constantly running; the taps and shower could not be turned off. Sa Clau Apartments are right near the West End in Ibiza. Dont bother paying extra for a balcony as you get one no matter what anyway, i paid extra my friends never and still got balanconys so dont waste your money.
