Total surprising, top facilities, comfortable rooms, great catering, attentive staff only criticism was rooms very hot in August, but understand very unusual weather. I would love to go back in Winter! Enjoyed buffet breakfasts.

It is hard to classify this hotel as it and the surrounding area has clearly 'suffered' from previous political history. The Hotel is like going back in time to a basic g plan 19760/70 hotel. It is clean - not much going on when we were there but very basic. It might be busier in ski season - we were... More

Excellent hotel for families with small children. Huge building with perfect spa and wellness, bowling area and numerous playgrounds. Ski slope just next to the hotel. Lots of activities for kids, who can really feel safe and well taken care of. Quite decent food, however it gets really crowded at breakfast time. The only disadvantage for me is the noise... More

Being here over Christmas time I have had a very mixed experience so far! There is a buffet breakfast and dinner with ok options. The only minus is that you have to pay for your drinks at the dinner. The room was very good and having wifi available is always good. There is 4 lanes of bowling and a small... More

My wife and I stayed here for a friends wedding. The rooms were clean and well equipped if not a little dated. The staff were a bit frosty towards the English speaking guests which was a bit awkward. The spa area was fantastic but the gym was effectively the end of a corridor with some 1980's weight benches. The food... More

very large hotel, you can get lost in all those corridors.. food is below average, everyday's dinner and supper was frozen food fried in deep fat. breakfast was average. rooms quite small but with nice view over the hills. the biggest advantage (I was there not for skiing) of this hotel is the spa area and swimming pool. very long... The management of the hotel SURELY does not know what a 4-star hotel shall offer. The rooms are terrible small, with no area to place a suitcase to unpack things. If you enter bathroom you intervene with wardrobe in the corridor.... Forget the bar, in which you have 28 (?!?!) seats for a resort of few hundres guests and the... More

I would have gone average to good to be honest but thats not an option ;-) I was here for a congress rather than pleasure, but still its very pleasant The rooms are acceptable, not huge beds are averagely comfy, and the bathroom is clean and functional. The swimming pool 8am -10pm daily is lovely as is the Wellness centre... More

One of the biggest advantage of the hotel is its location, many rooms have a nice view over hills, and the area surrounding hotel is well maintained. Hotel is really big, in fact there are 3 parts connected into one. Unfortunately rooms are not so spacious, especially bathrooms, but clean. Recreational area is very good, indoor swimming pool is amazing,... More

So far best hotel for a family holiday in Poland. Especialy recommended for special events such as long weekends, Easter ,Xmas holiday but also for any business meetings, trainings, team building events. Rooms are big, modern and nicely decorated, huge balconies, very good food, staff friendly and helpful SPA and pools probably best in all the hotels of the Beskidy... More
