We were eight golfers (round sixty years of age) from Sweden who went to Tuscay to play golf last week. Over the Internet we found this lovely hotel with a very nice setting in the Chianti region. The hotel served us very well as a "base camp" for playing four rounds of golf around Florence and Siena. We all enjoyed... More

Stayed for a night on the way to Rome, it's a good place to stop by if traveling to or from Florence to Rome. Has got almost everything to make it a perfect stay, just missing some small touches. Service: Staff were all delightfully polite. Managed to accommodate our request for lunch before restaurant was open. Was disappointed that no... More

Thanks for your detailed review. For baggage, we have a cart and you could still ask for help to the staff, we would definitely helped. Next time we will be more diligent in put us available for luggage. Hope to see you soon in Salvadonica More

me and my partner had been there for a holiday in tuscany 2 weeks ago. Very friendly staff, nice room with a valley view and the restaurant food is divine. I would recommend this hotel if you are on holiday in tuscany.

MISERABLE hotel service and POOR. 1. Arriving A key and get caught in the same "key" for connecting Light. If you do not have a copy. 2. The TV in the room is a 14 "(pc) 3. The WiFi signal near zero and extremely slow. 4. The phone in the room does not work. 5. The room was with 2... More

After 23 e-mail, messages and photos exchanged before her arrival, we already knew she was a tough customer. Oh , well .. we accepted the challenge and would try to please her in everything: mission impossible ! In various email she had informed us that she and her husband were on honeymoon but she wanted two (2) separate beds (weird..but... More

We had a lovely 3 night stay here, with our room overlooking the valley and vineyards - it was a magic spot to sit in the evening with a bottle of wine. When we arrived our room was not quite ready and we were offered a pot of tea in the lounge off reception, what we were not expecting was... More

I could seriously gush for pages about this place. It is an oasis on this earth. The rooms are wonderful, the service is excellent, and the food... well, I don't think it gets any better. The vineyards are gorgeous. There are a bunch of amenities, but what makes this place special is that you can truly just unplug and relax.... More

We stayed for 2 nights in early November 2014. The colors in the hills were amazing...vines were gold and the setting is beautiful. My wife and two daughters stayed in a very clean two rooms with a view of the hills. It rained almost both days but being from southern California and going through a draught the rain was a... More

Also November can be a good season to visit Tuscany and the Chianti region. In this period takes place "the magic of the oil". It is in fact in November that we start to pick olives to make the extra virgin olive oil that is appreciated worldwide. Thanks to you and your family for the holiday in Salvadonica More

Read online about this farm and decided to book a stay with the excellent reviews. We were really anticipating our stay here. We stayed 3 nights. Indeed the farm surroundings are beautiful, and gives a good view of the sun setting. The room 33 we had came with a loft and the beds were comfy. Toilet is huge, water is... More

I almost don't want to write a review so that I can keep this wonderful place a secret...but they do deserve a rave review! We visited at the end of October and fell in love with Tuscany's beautiful scenery and weather. Salvadonica was the perfect base from which to explore Chianti. The grounds and views are stunning, the building itself... More

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights during our honeymoon. Alessandra was extremely helpful and responsive to our emails before our arrival. There is also no denying the property itself is gorgeous! While the food at the restaurant was good the staff was beyond rude and inattentive (besides the Irishman whose name I cannot remember). The property... More

Dear Guests, Once again we apologize for the noisy of the room next to yours. As you know we asked the family to be quieter but with not a great result.
