We went there a a family with our 4 year old son. The place is very beautiful and kept in a very traditional Italian rural style. The reason why we give two stars and not just one is due to the look and feel of the place. The staff however is a completely different story. They are aloof and make... More

What a beautiful place to stay in the heart of Chianti. We visited in June, 2015 and had an amazing experience. Ivana was the kindest, most helpful person we have met in years. Sadly, we had to leave early due to an emergency at home. Ivana went over and above to help us during a tough time. We will certainly... More

What a lovley place, what a great host ! We strongly recommend this place for a stay in the Tuscany (Chianti) with beautifuly authentic rooms. It is an absolute hidden pearl in the middle of the vineyards with many beautiful and romantic places on the estate. The view over the landscape is beautiful (from sunrise to sunset), and so the... Our few days' stay in a Renaissance villa was unforgettable. Location and accommodation are very suitable for families with small children. Here is the true peace. Our 1 and 3 year old daughters have enjoyed discovering nature and surrounding towns. Sleeping in a luxurious apartment and tasty Italian breakfast filled us with energy every day. Mrs. Ivana is very friendly and... More

Set in the Tuscan countryside with spectacular views in every direction, our group spent five wonderful days at Fattoria La Loggia. The apartments, in the actual old stone farm buildings, were large and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a treat in itself as the breakfast area overlooked the vineyards. What a delightful way to begin the day!... More

We stayed there for 2 nights and enjoyed it a lot. It is a working winery with beautiful views over the vineyards. We bought picnic stuff in a nearby town and overlooked the vineyards while having that and the winery's sparkling wine at sunset. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is half an hour's drive from Florence and... More

We stayed at Fattoria la Loggia in April 2014 and found it superb in every respect. Surrounded by vineyards, the farm is situated on a hill overseeing the typical Tuscany landscape full of sun and bright colours. The spacious rooms (apartments) are situated directly in the farms’ buildings constructed from stone centuries ago. Even though their equipment is modern, functional... More

Stayed here to attend my nieces wedding. This was my first visit to Tuscany and we were not disappointed. Absolutely stunning location. The manageress worked tirelessly to ensure we were well looked after. Breakfasts were wonderful. A hire car is recommended due to location but there is a village within walking distance. Definitely worth a visit.

We (a family of five, including a baby) have just returned from a wonderful four-night stay at La Loggia, and wished we could have stayed there longer. Everything about the place was perfect: large and well-equipped room, stunning views over the Tuscany countryside, great location within 20 minute drive to Florence, excellent breakfast and first and foremost - the wonderful... Our family and friends gathered here for my daughter's wedding. Fattoria La Loggia really is as beautiful as the photographs. We were so well looked after by hard working and caring staff and the wedding was just perfect. Ivana, who managed the site, was supportive and determined to ensure that everything was the best it could possibly be. Apart from... More
