Wonderful place, wonderful people... The area is really quiet and peaceful, very relaxing. The room we stayed in was very cozy and nicely decorated. Altho the bathroom and toilet are right outside the room it was not a problem and felt very private. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook by yourself. We are already planning our next... I recommend this house. It is comfortable, fully equiped and clean. An ideal place for people who want to rest outside the cities which are full of crowd and noise. We spent there a whole week as a group of 10 people (9 adults, 1 child). Beatrice and Massimo are so kind and helpful. They try their best to make... More

There were 2 adults with our two children (3 and 10 months), along with the two grannies. it was a great set up with two large bedrooms and own bathrooms upstairs for the grandmothers, a bedroom with two areas upstairs for teh kids, plus a huge bedroom and bathroom downstairs for us. No living... More

Beautifull secluded place! The owners are lovely people and very helpfull. The location is perfect, very quiet and relaxing but also close by to the pretty villages, restaurants and big cities. We will come back and will recommand this place to our friends/family.

We stayed in the Fienile (the small appartment) for two weeks in June '12. The appartment has sun during the whole day and is very well foreseen of all necessary facilities. Owners are friendly and helpful. View is splendid. Ideal for a couple - one small baby is possible (one sleeping room). Location is strategic (close - not too -... More

We really loved the house, the wineyards, woods, the owners of the house and ofcourse Tuscany. The house feeled like home and we loved talking with Beatric and Massimo. Maura our daugther (5 years old) loved the swing and the garden around the house and playing with the daughter of Beatric and Massimo. Everytime that we are looking at our... More

A wonderful place to celebrate our 40th Anniversary, in a perfect backdrop for Chianti region. The apartment was so charming, roomy and authentic looking. The owners couldn't be more helpful, friendly and accommodating. The landscape is breath taking and it was nice to have a more private, quite and relaxing place to stay. We rented a car to get around... More

We (9 adults and 2 kids) spent 9 days in this magnificent location "Il Vichiaccio" and our stay there was beyond our expectations. We had done research on Tuscany but we had never imagined that it would be that beautiful. The pictures we had seen and the articles we had read before going there were nothing compared to what we... Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Vichiaccio is a Country House Bed & Breakfast. We are only 20 minutes from the city of Florence that can be reached either by car or by public transport. We are immersed in the vineyards of Chianti Classico, in a quiet location and natural part of a reserve with deer, wild boar, rain deer, porcupines and many other wild animals.Although in the countryside, only 5 minutes to the nearest town with supermarket and shops with local products. Our houses, very large and finely restored and furnished, are an ideal starting point for visiting the Tuscan art cities such as Florence, Siena and Pisa or to relax and sunbathe in peace and with absolute respect for privacy, refreshed with the Jacuzzi for the exclusive use of the guests.A few minutes away, so within walking distance, there are no less than 2 restaurants in the country, at different levels, all of which are recommended for the quality and uniqueness of the dishes. All the environments and the arrangement outside have been restored respecting the architectural style of the typical Tuscan farmhouses, as like that as the furniture and the internal spaces. ... more   less
