The whole stay was relaxing, it's is very peaceful. The staff are wonderful, willing to help in any way they can to make your stay enjoyable. We stayed in one of the larger rooms with a hot tub. Although I'd recommend going for just a trulli, as the hot tub ended up being a large bath so possibly not worth... More

You are six km from the sea,and a long watery stretch from Albania. Fly into Bari airport and wheel your way to the valley d'Itria. You are now trully in Trulli territory.with these buildings the most covetted accomodation in Apulia. Villa Cenci is one of the loveliest Trulli hotels that we have experienced. its an old country estate that's been... More

The second 'hotel' of my trip here in Italy. A beautiful estate in the country located near Cisternino. Beautiful rooms (both the truli and the superior room), great service and above all peace and quiet. The safe in the room was convenient. The breakfast existed out of a healthy buffet with typical Italian dishes. The lunch buffet is 25€, so... More

It might need a certain "intelligence" to find it, as direction signs are a bit vague, but once you are in this tastefully restructured Masseria, with its quaint "trulli" rooms, with their lavander colored windows, and fragrant lavander bushes you will be grateful, truly grateful, that you have chosen it. The cristal clear pool, the lush gardens, the very yummy... More

Villa Cenci is quietly situated in the country around Cisternino in the middle of the Puglia. An excellent place to start vists to the whole region. The breakfasts were superb , with an unbelievable choice and quality. We had a superior room with an extraordinary bath : almost 2m by 2m, could accept 4 people ...? Marvellous gardens and a... After an endless research looking for a nice and relaxing place where to spend 2 or 3 days I came across Relais Masseria Villa Cenci and booked trough Tripadvisor facility a 2 nights stay. Apparently the server had overbooked the place but the owner Mrs. Bianco really tryed hard and managed to reshuffle the all lot. With great pleasure for... More

The hotel is situated in a nice area. The rooms, pool etc. are widely spread and give a nice atmosphere. The rooms are OK in terms of price value - they actually look better than they are (e.g. the shower looks great but doesn't work like expected - but not an issue). The main problem of the hotels is clearly,... More

It's not easy to find Relais Masseria Villa Cenci: ride from Cisternino in the direction of Ceglie Messapica and you will find a narrow street on your right-hand side that leads you to the hotel. A masseria is a farm house and this one exists of different buildings that all have their own characteritics. We were the only guests staying... More

The hotel is discreet and in good taste, the rooms large and comfortable, the swimming pool exceptionally wide and not crowded, and the position excellent for visiting the small towns of northern Apulia which are a delight. The restaurant is banal, alas. No culinary heights, but decent pensione food.

This summer we were given a book great escapes Italy and came across Villa Cenci. After looking at those marvelous photos and visiting its website our appetite was more than just stimulated. We cherished the wish to visit the region of Puglia for a long time and spontaneously decided to spend a couple of days there (we live in Switzerland... More
