The Janus Hotel is the favoured hotel for business visitors to the small town of Fabriano.

This was my second stay there this year.

The hotel bar and restaurant has recently undergone a refurbishment and now look very modern and stylish and the food there has been excellent on both occasions that I have dined in the evenings. There is a good selection of antipasti, pasta and main courses and they are all prepared to a very high standard.

Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the bedrooms. They are dark, dingy and basic, however they are quite spacious. They contain a small television on top of a fridge (minibar). On this stay my shower included body jets which I was quite keen to try as I hadn't use before...unfortunately only one of the jets worked. The ceiling was not totally enclosed so you had the delights of everyone elses flushes to enjoy!
