Room was a good size and bed was comfortable. There was a little bar fridge in the room to keep some food. Shower was clean and water warm but not much water pressure. However found some hair in the bed which we had to shake out, not a good look at all so cleanliness not the best. Also the room... More

The downside was that there was no shower curtain and the tv reception didnt always work. Thicker towels would also be better. But plenty of hot water and we didnt expect our room to be serviced after our first night :)

The hotel is very basis and is practically falling apart, pretty much everything was broken and NO HOT WATER to take a decent shower in the morning. Other places in the area are better value for money.

We stayed in this hotel in September 2013 and thought it was great value for money if you want to see Rome. You can get the Fara Sabina/Orte train directly from Fiumicino Airport to Monterotondo and, from there, the local bus to the centre of Monterotondo. You can't walk from the train station to the hotel because it involves a... More

...it was tatty. Loads of little faults - too numerous to mention really. It is not acceptable to say 'you get what you pay for' - there seems to have been no pride on part of the owner to do all the little repairs. E.g. bits of wood missing over bathroom door, no shower curtain, dirty soap dish, patchy painting... More

We were a party of 4 adults and six children. The area that the hotel was situated in was not good and we felt a little vulnerable! the hotel itself was basic and certainly didn't resemble the pictures on the website !, the owner however was very nice but we decided not to stay at the hotel and found a... Location of hotel its close enough from middle of Rome(about 20’). Generous size of room with bathroom – cosy, clean and quiet rooms. Carparking, inside of backyard, inprove a bit of insurance for your car. Not at the last it’s a little breakfast at the first hour in the morning gave me sensation of home hospitality. Helpfull and very friendly... More

Well where do I start, the hotel is not the nice rounded building covered with flowers as you see in the photo, it is the buliding you just get a glimpse of to the right of the photo. The rooms are VERY basic, for a quadruple room we had a double bed (2 singles pushed together) 1 single bed and... More
