My daughter & I stayed for 3 nights in 2001(your calendar stops at 2003) They were doing some work but it didn't interfere with the guests. Nice lobby, helpful staff as we didn't speak Italian, very nice rooms with small balcany. Breakfast in restaurant next building, suppers in upstairs dining room.
