Amateurism ar its greatness..made to serve the locals abd not the tenants of the rooms. Buffet in the evenings was empty after one hour and the remnants were cold. During breakfast only filter coffee was free! Wifi absent in all areas. If you value my opinion do not bother further with this mansion!!!!!

Nice hotel, located exactly by the beach and being close to Athens making it a very good destination for a short break. Stayed for 1 night with my wife and 2 kids (6 & 4 y.o.), BUT: Didn't have someone to help with luggage (at least at the time of arrival), the triple room was quite small and could not... More

I went and stayed in the beginng of june along with my wife our 3 year old daughter and our 2 months son. The place is wonderful with an excellent beach and a forest next to it. We paid 120e per night (stayed 4nights)with breakfast and dinner in the price along with a free use of the hamam and jacuzzi... More

This hotel is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. However, if they inform you they are having a wedding.....run the other direction. We were told there would be a wedding however we had no idea how horrible the experience would be. There was no parking for the guests of the hotel. The management said they would handle our cars and... More

I didn't spend the night in the hotel. I just visited the beach bar-cafe. Couches were dusty. They brought me the coffee without any sugar, milk, etc, just in a cup. The glasses for the water were not made of glass, they were plastic, overused, destroyed by the washing machine, and...broken (the water was poored on me). Toilets very dirty... More

An excellent solution for a short escape near Athens. The rooms are spacious and clean, with an excellent view at the sea. The sea is only a few meters from them and there is also a swimming pool. The hotel also facilitates a full spectrum of spa services, with a very helpful and kind staff. The Zen massage is very... More

I think this is one of the better hotels in Xilokastro. The grounds are beautiful and located right on the beach! My biggest complaint for this hotel was the customer service at the front desk. The older woman who works there was extremely rude and un-accommodating. She would not allow us to split the cost even though another front desk... More

Pros: Nice view, nice beach, friendly personnel, nice and relaxing main restaurant, nice sauna / jacuzzi, adjacent to pine tree forest which means fantastic walks. Cons: Poor parking, repellent pool, small rooms, noisy pub, Italian restaurant not recommended.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days during a conference plus a few extra days as I found it so lovely. The staff were delightful and would do anything to help. Food was excellent all-round, and the location was great. Fabulous views from the hotel room. I enjoyed the stay very much.
