We stopped 1 night here as we wanted to visit Mystras antique site. It was a very very good surprise as this place is full of charm. The cottages are entirely refurbished keeping old stone style outside but very modern inside. Big space, allwood and stone inside with equiped kitchen, terrass, tv etc. the place is arbored and has a... More

We stayed there one night in July 2014 and really loved it! The view is breathtaking! The apartments are very comfortable and we enjoyed eating the breakfast on our balcony. The staff is very friendly with good English communication. And be sure the follow their restaurant recommendation! It's a short but steep walk up to the place (you can also... More

So much better than it looks online, Mazaraki guesthouse is beautiful and full of stylish character. We were offered an upgrade due to a wedding taking place on the night of our stay, our host also made a dinner reservation for us at nearby restaurant Chromata in case it was fully booked. We were made to feel very welcome during... More

We unfortunately only stayed one night at this gorgeous place but we absolutely loved it, the view, the rooms, the service, the breakfast were all fantastic. We were on our way from athens to catch a ferry from Neapoli . We'd never heard of Mystras but as it was enroute we decided to stay to break the journey and were... More

Set up in the mountains with lovely views. Large comfortable rooms. Fresh basket of breakfast brought to your room is a treat. We ate breakfast on our balcony in the sun with friendly local cat for company. Short drive down into town for meals and amazing Mystras historic site.

We stayed 3 nights in the Olive room....fantastic. We loved the location and the private "guesthouse". The breakfast was very nice...and the staff/owner was very friendly and helpful. They go out of there way to make this a great experience. I would certainly stay here again...and request the same room! The only thing they need (small criticism): They need "screens".... More

Our apartement on the first floor was very spacious, nicely decorated, clean and with a stunning view. We even had a little kitchen where we could make our own coffee, tea or meal. Two very friendly ladies, who checked on us every evening and morning, giving helpful advice whenever needed. Great breakfast, fresh and homemade, was delivered to us in... More

We decided to stay at this guesthouse based on the positive TripAdvisor reviews; however, Mazaraki has exceeded our expectations. It is located on the hills overlooking Sparta, about 9 km from the center of the city and 2 km from the gate of the fortified Byzantine town of Mystras. The rooms were spacious, very clean and nicely decorated, with comfortable... More

I am still at the Mazaraki and I couldn't wait to write this review as this is definitely my favourite place yet!!! The location is stunning, the rooms are top notch rustic charm with all the modern amenities you could wish for, including the room's own wifi and a balcony with million dollar views over the entire valley! The drive... More

We spent 3 nights here in a suite and enjoyed it immensely. Dimitra and Natassa couldn't have been nicer. They had great suggestions regarding what to do and where to eat dinner or lunch each day and their breakfast every morning was delicious. Everything was homemade including the various marmalades, yogurt, bread, and cakes. The guesthouse has spectacular views and... More
