Stayed for a single night in the Premium room, hands-down best accommodation and service I have ever experienced. The restaurant dinner & breakfasts were amazing and it all served as a nice opportunity to unwind after a long flight before heading into Munich. I stayed here for two nights very recently. The hotel is very nice, although it is currently without an elevator as they are doing renovations. The breakfast is as fantastic as everyone said it is. The hotel charged more than they agreed to in writing. They agreed to a charge of 9 Euros for an upgrade, then charged 10 Euros when I get there and refused to change it although I had it in writing .
