Thank you Regis it was a pleasure to be back for the third time, you made Mike, I and mother in law most welcome. We all loved TT the cat and it was wonderful to see an otter in the pond. Breakfast was perfect as always. We are starting to treat the chateau as a home from home and we... More

We truly enjoyed our stay at the chateau. The morning company in the main breakfast dining room was superb. Great company among the fellow travellers as well as the Count. The children loved the farm animals on site. The grounds are immaculate, as is the cleanliness of the Chateau. We stayed in the main house.

We only stayed one night, in Normandy's winter rains, so we're not really able to truly experience the grounds. The chateau is beautifully preserved by the property owners, who work there, and warmly welcomed us. We stayed in the "Uncle Francois" room - which was wonderful. We loved it and hope to return soon!

Comte Regis is a superb host. We truly enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Chateau de Bouceel. Every morning, we were warmed welcomed to the breakfast table with freshly brewed coffee, flaky croissants, fresh apple juice & apple sauce and much more. The Comte gave great recommendations on places to visit, where to eat and what to do - we... More

The Chateau de Bouceel was exquisite. We stayed two nights there in the Oncle Francois Room. This room was spacious, with two sitting chairs, a desk with chair, fireplace (although I am not sure if it is useable), a king bed, dressing area and expansive bathroom that had a shower-tub combination. The room was decorated in period furnishings and was... More

On our recent trip to France we wanted to have a 'Chateau' experience & we found it here at Chateau Bouceel. How fortunate we were to find this place at short notice and to be so warmly welcomed by our host Regis. We have never stayed in room as big as the Marquise Room with its high ceilings & lovely... If you're going to Le Mont St. Michel, I can't imagine a better place to stay. You'll be SO thankful you're not in the tourist ghetto. I don't have much to add to the other reviews, which are very accurate. One tip: don't fail to dine at L'Auberge du Terroir, about ten minutes away. Reservations usually required. It's a perfect... Beautiful, relaxing and very French. My husband and I only booked one night at this amazing chateaux and I wish I had stayed a week. Regis met us in person and warmly welcomed us into his home. We stayed in regis's grand mothers room and we have never had such a restful nights sleep. During our stay it coincided with... More

This Chateau is truly fabulous. It is only a few miles from Mt St. Micheal and is by far better than anything closer to the monument. Regis is the ultimate host with lots of information about his family, the chateau and the surrounding area. Breakfast in the beautiful dining room was very good, and Regis made it even more enjoyable... More

Ten minutes from Mont St. Michel, yet light years apart from the touristy bustle. I cannot imagine a more magical place to stay, nor a more charming innkeeper. Regis truly makes every one feel like a guest in his amazing ancestral home. This isn't a chateau that has been bought by someone or some company to run as a hotel;... More

Cher ami, I truly believe we must not forget what these young heroes did. We take care of George Mick's grave to perpetuate the souvenir and thank him for what he did.............. Thanks again Régis More
