My Family and I stopped at this Hotel for 2 nights to visit Paris en route to Spain for a longer break by the sea. A room for 4 with Breakfast for £150 for two nights was a very fair price. The reception area was very modern and the breakfasts were very good. The free car park was very secure... More

The interior is new and well furnished. The rooms are allright and the breakfast suffcient. All in all, it is a good hotel for a maximum of three days. For that reason, I would only suggest a stay if you are only intown for a short period of time for business.

I went to the Novotel Aulnay during 1 week in september for professionnal reasons. The staff is very very helpfull and the new manager is very close to the guests. When you stay 1 week in an hotel, it's very important for having a good feeling with the staff and it was really the case at Novotel Aulnay. I heard... More

This hotel is a typical Novotel. If you are familiar with it then you will more or less feel at home. The outside look and the room is arranged everywhere the same. Good point is the service was really nice with very kind people able to take care of any request. Disappointing (see pictures): 1) not aircon - 29 C.... More

This is a run of the mill Novotel that needs some remodeling/upgrading. Rooms are spacious but are a bit dated and have an "old" feeling about them. Staff is friendly and breakfast is ok. The best thing about this hotel is also it's worst - it's location. It's very close to the Parc d'Expositions at Villepinte which is great for... More

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a coach tour. The rooms are really disgusting and smelly. Had to leave the window open for hours to make the room bearable. The decor of the rooms is really very tired. The staff were very rude especially one of the waitresses at breakfast she was aggressive when we asked for certain... More

Breakfast was great, customer service was excellent. The beds not so great . The kids beds very fragile need a more stronger bed for the kids. The mattress on the double bed was very uncomfortable for a four star hotel . The programm on the tiny television was all in French and very boring for kids

We stayed 2 nights and were very happy with everything. The room was a little small but was clean and comfortable, the pool was nice both my kids really enjoyed it and the breakfast was excellent. I think this hotel is a bargain. Recommended.
