The hotel is the only one 'chain' hotel in the area, (along with the Ibis), but very basic and dated for the rate. Small rooms with the bed taking up most of the space, tea/kettle in the room, quite limited but sufficient breakfast, and 'start-stop' wifi. If you are to explore St Emilion better chose local guesthouses in chateaus for... More

We spent one night here just after Christmas. Very friendly helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room. Had a great nights sleep. We arrived in the evening and the staff recommended a nice little restaurant just along the road where we had a super meal with friends. If I stayed again I would request a room overlooking the river! We weren't charged... More

A professional welcome, a clean and tidy room all with the facilities that I'd asked for. Overall, a good experience. Such a shame that they spoil the experience by charging 10€ to park your car. It's not necessary.

A really nice hotel, right on the river, and our room had a balcony overlooking the river, with large shutters that could be opened to reveal the view. WiFi was excellent, with a different router for each floor so you could always get a good signal, the car parking was easy, and the breakfast buffet quite good for this type... More

3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 21, 2014

We stayed here for 2 nights on 19/7/2014 we booked for a reasonable price which included a good breakfast. The room was small though and the wifi was really poor, dropping out all the time. Close to town and shops and a room overlooking the river was pleasant. I would recommend this for a night or two, but if possible... More

A good hotel, decent side room and bathroom. The only thing we didn't like was the room was very dark as there were permanent shutters on the outside of the windows which really spoiled the river view.

Hotel was bright and modern, we had booked a privilege room which turned out to be suite which was great because we were staying for a week. There is no restaurant but plenty of good ones in the area. Wifi connection was poor to non existent . Staff were helpful and spoke English. Great place to stay, for visiting the... More

We chose to stay in Libourne rather than St Emillion which we had been to before. The hotel is easy to find with secure paid for parking although parking is also available outside the hotel. It is an easy walk to any of the restaurants and shops. Being part of the Accor chain you can be assured of what you... More
