Clean, tidy and a great stay. Helpful reception staff with good English. Car parking at the rear of the hotel is limited and 10 euros a night....plenty of free parking opposite the hotel along the riverbank.

Up to normal high standards of this the flagship hotels of the Accor group. Good rooms, excellent staff and a good location, but our room backed onto the entrance to school which was a bit noisy in the morning

My wife and I stayed at the Mercure Lubourne /St. Emilion this week and thought it one of the better French hotels we have stayed in. Bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well and there was a good parking facility. The bathroom was better than many French hotels I have seen. What do the French have against shower curtains???... More

The staff was so friendly and we when asked about different places to see and do in the area, they were so helpful. Our friend who was traveling with us, needed to go to the hospital in the early AM and the Front Desk clerk Loraine so was helpful by translating once we got to the hospital. I highly recommend... The Disabled Parking was many yards from the front entrance to the Hotel.Once inside, the disabled visitor had to walk a distance to the lift & no assistance was offered to carry their baggage from the vehicle to the reception or to the lift or to the room. The Disabled bedroom was a considerable distance from the lift.It should have... More

A very clean, basic chain hotel. The rooms are quite small, but they are clean and comfortable and I had a very good nights sleep as the rooms are quiet. The breakfast was very good. There is an ok, but expensive bar in the hotel. All in all it is just an average chain hotel.

The hotel is the only one 'chain' hotel in the area, (along with the Ibis), but very basic and dated for the rate. Small rooms with the bed taking up most of the space, tea/kettle in the room, quite limited but sufficient breakfast, and 'start-stop' wifi. If you are to explore St Emilion better chose local guesthouses in chateaus for... More

We spent one night here just after Christmas. Very friendly helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room. Had a great nights sleep. We arrived in the evening and the staff recommended a nice little restaurant just along the road where we had a super meal with friends. If I stayed again I would request a room overlooking the river! We weren't charged... More

A professional welcome, a clean and tidy room all with the facilities that I'd asked for. Overall, a good experience. Such a shame that they spoil the experience by charging 10€ to park your car. It's not necessary.
