Value for money, proximity to entertainment, shops, The friendliness and helpfulness of staff was appreciated. The cleanliness and comfort of the room was great and the buffet breakfast was exceptional. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and look forward to staying again in the near future.

“A LOOONNNGG WAIT”

Hotel is o.k. but we waited 10 -15 minutes to be served and then over an hour for our main meal in the restaurant. People who came in after my wife and I were served first. Food was o.k..... but we had to rush in order to make the cinema.

“GOOD VALUE FRESH AND CLEAN”

Have stayed a few times and find the hotel to be good value especially travelling with children. Breakfast is great and the newly refurbished rooms are some of the nicest we have stayed in. Great work to the team at Glen Waverly, the service is friendly too.

Had a wonderful time at the Novotel;Glen Waverly. The staff were friendly and service excellent. Definitely would go there again.I hope to get a Bed and Breakfast next time and will try their breakfast which i missed out this time.
