My experience of Bungunyah Manor was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped in to reception we were taken care of. Jenny at the front reception accommodated all of our needs and nothing was to difficult. The rooms were spacious and perfectly appointed with sitting room, elevated sleeping area, dressing room and tea and coffee making facilities. The... More

The hotel and gardens initially gives you a feeling of it being run down. The pool was dirty and the tennis court was being used as a car park. However the room was very impressive and incredibly clean. Also very big, comfortable and warm. Attention to detail very good down to the royal Albert crockery. Close to the brewery, old... More

a definite step back in time... the place needs to upgrade their electrical board. the power for the whole "resort" tripped during the evening and from the feedback from staff this doesn't seem like a one off. Décor is dated and no hair dryers in rooms as previous guests must like to permanently borrow. all up... over priced and over... More

Thank you for your feedback however your review contains inaccurate information. 1. “The whole Resort tripped during the evening”. This is not correct. power was lost to some Suites at the Resort. Power was not lost to other areas of the Resort, e.g. Restaurant, path lights, other rooms and apartments at the Resort. The brief temporary loss of power was... More

We recently had our wedding at this beautiful old manor house, we felt at home from the moment we arrived until the time we left. Nothing was a problem for Kerrie and her staff who went out of their way to make sure our day was very special. A lot of friends and family chose to stay here for our... More

Step back in time and wonderful place to stay. From the time you check in to checking out we were very well looked after. Staff were very professional and friendly. The restaurant with the violinist playing capped off a great evening. Would definitely stay again.

Traveled to Mt Tamborine from Brissy for Mom's last road trip and found this wonderful place. Loved the surroundings, room and sitting outside in early morning in a relaxing setting. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Having previously stayed at Bungunyah I instantly thought what a great venue to celebrate Christmas with my staff. I booked out the whole venue for the weekend, with a full Christmas menu dinner and a hearty breakfast included. Kerrie and her team were extremely accommodating to all of my requests and went above and beyond to ensure that all our... More

My husband and I recently spent a wonderful couple of nights at Bungunyah Manor for a special birthday celebration. We were very well looked after by Kerrie and the staff, and there was even a lovely cheese platter delivered to us for the occasion, which was a nice surprise. We had a beautiful room in a quiet, tranquil setting, even... More

I recently spent 2 days and 1 night at Bungunyah Manor for a business conference with a fully catered package. Kerrie and her team took exceptional care of us. The quality of food was outstanding and the quantity enough for a small army. I would thoroughly recommend this beautifully appointed Manor for business group, family holiday or romantic weekend for... More
