Yes, it is expensive. Yes, some of the rooms need a little updating. But this hotel is clean, service is so friendly (they seem to read your mind, they are always there with a towel, a drink, a snack), the pool is always clean, the restaurant offers a huge variety of food that changes daily and the waiters are very... Location location location. Nannai is literally on the beach. Muro Alto is not all beach paradise. There's a lot of coral reefs and not everyplace is good to walk and swim. The hotel is located on the best spot. You have the views and the white sand, a wonderful sea. Warm, calm and clean. Couldn't be better. We stayed in... More

My wife and I took time off from our hectic schedule to spend a week of rest and relaxation. Contrary to some recent reviews we found the Nannai Resort to perfectly meet our needs. The hotel grounds are beautiful and immaculate with a huge swimming pool and a nice beach. There are so many different areas to sit that even... More

The Nannai resort at Porto de Galinhas is a lovely property. The check-in is nice, with a drink while a staffer describing the facilities. The hotel comprises an apartment block and dozens of cabanas built on an extensive piece of land surrounding a central swimming pool and a small strip of beach. I stayed in an apartment unit, which was... More

Avoid this expensive rusty and old hotel and rude staff. the beach is absolutly horrible. Go to Serrambi resort. Beach in Serrambi is probably the best of the North East and the staff of the hotel is brilliant and very nice with always a smile on their faces.. Hotel itself is much nicer and at least half of the price... More

In general it's a nice and pleasant place. Beautifully decorated, nice staff, good spa, good meals included, huge swiming pools and quite comfortable bungalow, except for the bathroom that needs some urgent improvement. I wouldn't say it's the perfect spot for a honeymoon or anniversary once it's definetely noisy and not private at all. On the other hand it may... More

The hotel is nice, food is great and it is well kept.Rooms definitively need a renovation. We had a couple of issues on the first day with the cleaning of the room, arrived at 4.30pm after the whole day at the beach and our room was not cleaned. It has been fixed after we flagged the problem to the facility... More

Well, apart from being very expensive, it is an average hotel. Food is good. Variety and quality, are good. Restaurante guys are very nice. Pools are nice and social area is quite comfortable. Lower points: - rooms. They really need a renovation! They have been the same since the 70's. - Everything is so expensive: a sunblock is around USD50!... More

I am in love with this place, so beautiful and relaxing, excellent service, best cabanas . Standard rooms are very normal but you can always pay more and get a villa! Don't miss lunch, the food is excellent!

The hotel doesn't differ much from others in Northeast Brazil, despite of its "above average" prices. If you do have high expectations on the facilities and services (as I did) don't waste your time (and money). Bungalows aren't as big and modern as they look on the pictures. Actually they look too old-fashioned for what they're intended to be. Free... More
