the rooms were pretty good, however i was staying with my boyfriend, and they only had two double beds, and no way to upgrade to a king. so we had to cuddle together pretty squished, or didnt sleep together at all. kind of a bummer. however the beach was incredible! the food was decent, but as a vegetarian there were... I've been in this hotel a lot and quite long time ago, but it never changed during those years. The rooms are nice and the staff is very helpful and nice. They try to speak english even if they can not and trying to help in every way if you ask for something. Back than they were collecting turtle eggs... More

This hotel is in a gorgeous bay. I felt lucky to stay in such an exclusive location with a nature backdrop. The views driving in are beautiful. It's worth the drive. The hotel is not too big so it never felt crowded. Your always close to everything(beach, room, food, bar) The food was really good quality. When I was there they... More

I have been coming to this hotel for over 20 years. It was extremely fun as a kid. As a young professional, this place is a glorified cage. There is no where to go and nothing to do. That is the sole reason my mom likes to hold family reunions here. No one can escape. It is essentially in the... More

Remodeled hotel, rooms with a Mediterranean style, the food excellent, the boat rides and horse are included, always have some activity, the show is good, the disco is with varied music, with 1000 meters of private beach.

Our room was comfortable and spacious (we stayed in one of the ocean view jr. suites), but we had to climb several flights of stairs to get to it. Also, the balcony was covered in bird poop that probably hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The food was good, in that it was real Mexican food, but I got sick while... More

Definitely a Family Vacation Spot as I expected. Majority of the guest are Mexican. Me and my girl love the most are the nightly Entertainment, lots of beautiful colourful costumes and even we hardly understand spanish, we had a great time!! My daughter liked it there with mini disco every night! Food is so so... The free river boat trip... More

Room: We were on the highest floor #415 facing the pool and beach, perfect location. Since we were on the top floor we have vaulted ceilings, awesome. Nice walk after relaxing all day. Clean, spacious, nice balcony, with many birds flying back and forth from on top of our roof. We had two double beds, a 32' TV, a couch,... More

Our room was clean and nice; right on the beachfront with a large private deck. We usually stay at Punta Serena, the sister resort but could not get in there. We arrived on Thursday and had the resort mostly to ourselves. We were able to get into one of the three reservation restaurants and great meal. The international restaurant is... More

I stayed 4 nights at the hotel for a conference. This all inclusive hotel is located some distance from the airport with a secluded beach. Rooms are good and clean and the buffet was pretty good. Great hotel for a family vacation. Used to go for morning walk on the beach. You almost have the beach to yourself.
