Stayed the weekend of March 17th. The hotel was nice, room was clean - we even got a suite with a huge bathroom. The pool was nice, could use a hot tub but still was enjoyable. It was also nice to have the beach right across the street and the hotel will give you towels. Only negative was the restaurant.... more

The seventies decor was outdated and drab. The bathrooms were small and dirty (there was someone else’s hair on the toilet). I can not say enough about the staff at this hotel. They were all wonderful and treated us like gold. Staff made several phone calls for me attempting to set up a fishing charter, called the rental car(Budget)for me, to cancel since they are no longer located at the hotel. I stayed at the HoJo, Isla Verde for 5 nights and absolutely loved the stay there. The staff was very courteous and the room was nice and clean. The bathroom was a bit small but we didn't mind.
