We arrived late at this property. We needed two rooms. The hotel was busy and they gave us two handicap rooms. One of the rooms smelled like someone had throwed up and we had to change room. We were also hungry and we eat at their restaurant which was so so. more

Had a prepaid reservation through Hilton.com but I missed my connecting flighty to San Juan. Called hotel and they agreed to "push back" my "no change, no cancel" reservation by one night. Located about 2 blocks from Isla Verde beach. Plenty of fast food restaurants nearby (Wendy's, Burger King, Pizza Hut). Outback Steakhouse downstairs. We stayed one night but would have liked to stay longer if our time had allowed it. The room was huge and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful about the local restaurants and sites to see. more

This hotel is very pretty,clean and kid friendly. The hotel has everything except location - great, comfortable suite-style rooms, beautiful pool, helpful staff, decent food. Parking is expensive and it is a long walk to get to other restaurants.
