What can you say? With a great name like the Holiday Inn and with loads of great experiences with that chain I thought this would be a no brainer. WRONG. I got married in Toluca, Mexico last september and I had some family members stay there to attend the wedding... We had several request to the staff and they were really nice and address all our concerns and requests with a smile and were very helpfull. The service and rooms here are inconsistent. The staff at the front desk will always promise to address issues, but rarely follow through. Not a great place for women traveling alone, unless you have a man negotiate the room and rate. Please be warned that booking executive level is not a guarantee that you will recieve an room on that... more
