This was the cheapest motel that we found around Quebec City. The absolute best part about the motel is the diner like restaurant that they run which I did not expect for a motel. You get free breakfast there included which comes to you hot and fresh. All their food was delicious too. The room was quite clean and the... More

A basic motel, but great value for the price. Located very near Ste. Anne de Beaupre Basilica and about 15-20 mins from downtown Quebec City. The staff is fully bilingual and very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and 2 queen beds comfortable - we enjoyed a good nights sleep.

Service is beyond excellent!! We went to Quebec City last minute & need inexpensive accomadations near QC, being from Maine, USA. Breakfast included & was good. Room was comfortable, but bring a 3 prong to two prong electric converter plug if you need a device plugged in that has 3 prong plug. Great family run business, was very clean!

Very much enjoyed our stay at the Motel Spring in Chateau Richer, which is located east of Quebec City. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed the free breakfast in the retro-style restaurant. The French toast was delicious! We were able to drive to one of the free parking areas along the cycling path and... More

We stayed in this motel from Oct 10-12 for 2 nights and occupied 7 rooms. it was a very pleasant surprise. rooms were simple, but absolutely clean: comfortable beds and excellent and clean rooms. breakfast was great and the family of Demers met us with great care and love. I definitely would recommend this property to everybody. it is economical... More

This is an older style motel that has been well maintained. Stayed three nights and had a wonderful visit. This family goes out of their way to make you comfortable, to make your stay enjoyable, and with giving directions. We stayed here many years ago and the motel has been updated since that time. The wooden floors are very nice... More

My husband and I stayed for one night (August 24,2014). We found that Monique was outstanding. I personally appreciated the fact the staff was bilingual and was able to speak English. We felt very welcomed. The room was very clean. I also liked the paper bath mat, knowing that only feet would be the only feet standing on it. The... More

As a family of six we took two rooms for three nights in August. The proximity to the Ste Anne de Beaupre and Quebec City attractions was a great plus. The motel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We have a small pet so the pet-friendly policy was a necessity. Breakfast was very good and the service was... More

Spent one night at Motel Spring in June. Chose it because we were only spending one night and wanted a reasonably priced room. When we arrived we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a room with a bathtub for an extra $10 - making the price $100 with taxes. The upgraded room was barely big enough for two... More

I stayed at the Motel Spring for 3 nights in late June with my mother. It was close to the shrine of St Anne de Beaupre and Quebec City which was what we were looking for. The motel was pretty basic but clean. No amenities such as a coffee maker or hair dryer and the bathroom was small. But the... More
