Beautiful rooms that were well decorated and lots of room. The view over a lake and the hill behind was breath taking. Very quiet hotel, hardly any staff. Included a good hot breakfast. Good for day trips to Inverness, Loch Ness and surrounding area. more

Confusingly, there is a Kinkell House Guest House in Inverness and a Kinkell House HOTEL in Easter Kinkell on the Black Isle between Inverness and Dingwall.
