Lindsay is very welcoming, friendly lady, clearly enthusiastic on make you stay relaxed and accommodated with fantastically clean rooms and a lovely breakfast spread in the morning. Its only a stones throw away from Bath's centre and has great scenic views whilst eating your breakfast and discovering the area.

It was great to have off road parking, such a rarity these days. It is a bit of a tight turn into the parking but once on, great. Such a quiet place, only a short drive to Bath, much better prices, lovely food and great views whilst having breakfast in the conservatory. A classical British bed and breakfast, love the... More

Lovely location. Warm welcome from land lady. Disappointed with room however, towels didn't match and were all off white/cream coloured, felt clean but didn't look it. The bathroom had carpet down and there were marks surrounding the toilet and sink etc. The curtains did not fit the windows so there were gaps. Our stay was ok but we thought £70... More

I chose to stay at Millhouse B&B because of the outrageous tariffs in Bath itself. It was a great decision as Lindsay has a truly beautiful home in a fabulous location (especially if you are coming into Bath from the south). I found Lindsay to be a very welcoming hostess, friendly without being intrusive. Her breakfast was very good. Internet... More

We had to book a place further out of town because the prices in central Bath were outrageous. And we were very glad we did and chose Millbrook Guest house. Even though it's 3 miles out of town, we had a car so it didn't matter too much. In any case, there are 2 buses/hour to get into Central Bath... More

This B&B did not live up to our expectations. Perhaps we have been spoilt before but the towels were old and tatty, the bathroom was a cupboard with toilet, sink and shower crammed in. On a positive note the owner was friendly and helpful greeting us with tea and coffee plus we were upgraded to a better room which was... More

Stayed for a long weekend, close enough to bath to walk 3.3 miles, if your fit and willing, the drive is about 10 minutes, which is perfect for us. Nice room, very comfortable bed, we were in the Orchard Room. Lovely quaint little village 5 minutes walk with fantastic restaurant, though we ate in Bath most nights. Breakfast was full... More

The first time I stayed in Millbrook was 15 years ago, and it was fantastic. This July I went back with my wife and found it even better, a record in endurance for B&Bs. The owner, Lindsay Markham, is a true landlady, friendly and helpful to all the ways and attractions in Bath and Bristol (and she bakes the best... More
