Stayed here for a short break with family. It was really lovely. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the owners were incredibly kind and chatty. Breakfast was to die for. Home cooked muesli, fruit salad and yoghurt followed by full English (looked great) or any cooked of your choice. I had smoked salmon and scrambled egg which was... More

The only thing better than the hospitality was the ever changing views from the balcony and breakfast table. It felt like the perfect balance between staying with a friend (in an amazing setting) and a romantic b&b We stayed in the master room which was cozy clean had the most beautiful views over the beaches and sea. And you are... More

We've just returned from a 4 night stay at The Old School House B & B - this being our third visit to Cawsand. The reviews on here really do say it all but this is what we think. As a location this has got to be one of loveliest places to visit in Cornwall - luckily enough not many... More

All the other reviews are spot on and very well deserved for John and Penny! Relaxing in the morning eating a delicious breakfast, chatting away to John and watching the waves crashing around the Clock Tower just made our weekend even more special. Can't wait for another reason to go!

We stayed here two nights. We arrived late at night, which wasn't a problem. Breakfast was amazing. View was amazing. They even drove us down to Polhawn Fort to collect our car the day after the wedding. I would seriously recommend staying here.

Couldn't have asked for a better visit - the room was great, the location great, the breakfast great and John and Penny made us feel right at home. The family room with 2 small kids was perfect.

This is a great B&B in all respects. The food, hospitality, location, standard of rooms, and views were all not just good but outstanding. I would definitely recommend it. My only negative was that in the family room there were no drawers for clothes and just three hangers in a cupboard which we had to move a chair to open... More

Just stayed yet again and can say its just as good as ever. Set right in the middle of the twin villages the location for your holiday stay is excellent. Both villages are within a quick walk and it's an easy stroll to all the pubs, shops and beaches. If you are unsure where to eat John will give you... More

Not only was the accommodation perfect (the pictures don't do the attention to detail justice). The owners were some of the nicest people we have ever met. The service they provided was above and beyond what would be expected from a B&B. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was made even better by the faultless hospitality. If you're trying... More
