After staying 3 nights at Grand Hotel des Bains in Lavey-les-Bains (an 8 on a scale of 10), Hotel Thermalps was a 1 or 2. We booked a one bedroom but it was the size of a tiny corridor...the width of the bedroom was barely bigger than the width of one single bed so the 2 beds were put one... more

We went there for one nigh with our two year old mainly to enjoy the thermal baths. We booked a two bedroom appartment. Old fashioned furniture, ugly decoration, dirty carpets and run down kitchenette and bathrooms... Guests were smoking everywhere, including corridors of hotel. My bathrobe smelled of smoke.. yuk! We were told to use plastic slippers to go to... more
