We arrived late in the afternoon, and were sent there by another hotel, and told it was a 4-star (and it was identified as such also). This is one of the worst 4-star hotels I have stayed in. The woman at the reception desk was brusk and rude for no reason (we are bilingual, and were with some Spanish cousins,... More

I visited as part of a music festival being held in the cathedral. This was very central to shops and sites. The jacuzzi did not work too well but there were an extraordinary amount of freebies in the bathroom! The breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice. Parking was underground with a bit of a trek to the hotel with... More

The hotel room is quite standard, not fancy but comfortable. Only problem we have is the parking. When we book this hotel, it was stated that parking is available for a fee. When we arrived, we were told that the parking spaces reserved by the hotel were all full. We could park in the same garage but pay 50% more,... More

By American standards, this isn't a fancy hotel, But it was clean, comfortable, and safe, and it was perfect for a group of American pilgrims starting out to walk the last 120 km. of the Camino de Santiago. We spent two nights there, and the breakfasts were really good (buffet): a wide variety and plenty of it. They also had... More

Have stayed there for several times and never have been disappointed. Although the hotel may at first seem a little bit outdated it is still very well kept with high cleanliness standards. The rooms may seem a bit small and a little bit too dark, but then - when visiting Spain you shouldn't spend a lot of time inside the... More
