We booked stating clearly we would need an extra bed andwould be bringing along a baby bed. The room was nice, but not for a family of 4, we were unable to open the door with both beds made out. When we suggested this, its was clearly our problem, since we were offered an alternative but needed to pay extra.... More

The staff is really kind and friendly and the service is quite efficient. They have like cozy and classic style rooms but more classy modern rooms too: tried both but I prefer the modern ones. But the best thing for me are definitely the meals, mainly dinners, I've never seen such a high quality and well-cooked food for that price.... More

My partner and I visited this hotel with high expectations after all the reviews. We chose a weekend pack, wich includes 2 nights, 2 breakfast and 1 dinner. First of all the room was ok but smaller than expected, the heating is central and in our case was turned on in the afternoon leaving the room cold during the morning.... More

I have been to Benasque many times, and have stayed in most hotels there over the years. And undeniably, this is one of the most charming hotels in town, if not the best one. It mixes a traditional ambiance with modern standards in the rooms. The staff was also very helpful. The breakfast table boasts no fewer than 18 different... More

Can't speak for the rest of the season but what a splendid choice when the crowds have gone and the valleys are just for walkers. Excellent price-quality ratio. A bar where the service might be more smiling, a restaurant that serves magnificent local fare (choose their platter of wild mushrooms if you're around in Autumn) and cosy, if a little... More

Globally, Benasque at summer more suitable for beer-drunk fans than for nature lovers. All village was full of people that hang through pubs. The Ciria hotel is clean, but it hasn't any own stile or some mountain charm. All usual. Our suite was spacious as standard room in better hotel. No public areas in hotel, not enough parking place. The... More

We stayed here two nights visiting the Pyrenees. It is a traditional, authentic hotel (at the groundfloor), but the rooms are modern and comfortable. Good and thoughtful staff. The room is spacious, unfortunately our room had no balcony, but most rooms have, and if possible ask for a room with balcony, so you can enjoy the view of the mountains... More

I have just stayed there for 10 nights for the Benasque International Chess Open. The staff was friendly, knowledgable and helpful, room well equipped with air conditioning, comfortable bed with workable Wi-Fi. The restaurant serves very good portions and delicious food. HIghly recomnmended

We ended up in Benasque at the end of a long day on motorcycles. Lovely hotel, reception, room, and food. The village is absolutely charming, a clever and careful job of building/refurbishing the old and the new. Lots of alleyways, beautiful shops and restaurants, surrounded by incredibly majestic mountains. We did a hike before dinner right from the village. Our... More

Stayed at the hotel in October, the reception was extremly nice and helped us plan our hiking. The room was really nice and the internet speed was good (most of the surrounding hotels have internet, though the speed is extremly slow)
