I could not agree more what has been said. This hotel doesn't deserve the 4 * category. The service is very bad, you feel like you don't existe for the staff, if you need something the just don't care at all. This was our tenth visit to roquetas de mar. Thankfully we know that not all hotels are as badly managed as this one.
