Luca and his wife have run this rustic B&B, essentially a farm, proudly for 32 years. While not too busy off-season, they have ample capacity. Luca took us on a little tour of the grounds and showed us their pool, orchard and historic building where Moorish laborers would sleep with their families. If the kitchen is closed, a restaurant in... More

Dont expect to be pampered, but a quiet stay in a lovely house decorated with excellent taste. The breakfast was lovely, the pool delish. Yes would have drunk more there if it was more easily available but I was just shy to use the phone. Owner gave good recommendations of local restaurants and days out

First time in this part of Spain and Las Navazuelas didn't let us down. The rooms were comfortable and the whole place was very relaxing. The dogs were really friendly as were the cats (If you like them). Plenty of scope for walking round the large grounds. Food was ample, if a little plain for our liking. The only down... More

This is my second review of this delicious hidden jewel only one hour from seville. Tranquil heavenly delightful peacefull are only a few words that spring to mind when talking about las navazuelas the best cortigo in the world. A white painted cortigo set in the sierra mountains surrounded by olive trees and too many others to mention where time... More

I must grant that the location is brilliant. Wonderful scenery and lots of great destinations nearby. However, a few things took the shine off for me. The apartment was good, however, for the price, I would expect a bit more attention to detail. The many cats used the outside furniture to sleep on so I had to put the cushions... More

I am sorry to say that this place was a disappointment considering all the good reviews I had read here. I like quiet. But the the atmosphere of this place was not quiet, it was more like desolation and neglect. Although I cannot go as far as to say that the staff were unfriendly, they certainly did not make me... A perfect place to relax and explore the parque naturale, lots of walks and hikes in the neighboorhood ! This farm / mill is ofcourse located in the hills and the constant noise of birds, cows , pigs and sheep shouldn't annoy you ;-)) There is a 3 course meal every evening which is good food for good value, we... This place is absolutely fabulous! It's a typical farm house, or better, a country mansion, with amazing grounds and gardens, breathtaking views of the country side and woods, very hospitable people, delicious food, and very nicely furnished rooms. The price is ridiculously low for the place! It has commons spaces with beautiful welcoming lit fireplaces in the winter and a... More

This was the best hotel/lodge we stayed at on our recent trip to Andalucia (and that's saying a lot, since the other places included restored castles, 15th century monastaries, and medieval villas). It's an old converted farmstead, and it's surrounded by fruit orchards, a sheep farm, and Iberian black pigs grazing on acorns (I suspect that these are the bellota... More
