Iberostar Isla Canela hotel fell very short of what you would expect from this well known hotel chain. Cleanliness is not it's top priority. My parents and I stayed for 10 nights in this hotel. We made reservations for 2 hotelrooms and asked for 2 rooms next to each other. We returned from a week's break at the Iberostar Isla Canela and cannot fault the staff, accommodation or food.
