My daughter and I had a wonderful stay here, even though it was only for a night. The place has been lovingly restored, and is tastefully furnished, with attention to every small detail. The room we stayed in was charming and comfortable, and the bathroom was big, clean, and modern. All the indoor areas, patio, and landscape were lovely, and... More

We stayed at Torre Palombara for our final 3 nights in Italy as an alternative to staying in Rome and had a wonderful experience. The property itself is gorgeous -- a family estate restored with great sensitivity to preserving the history of the place, tastefully decoracted, and filled with gorgeous antiques. Everything was of the finest quality. A small boutique... More

Waking up in the morning in the spacious, confortable and charming room with the songs of the birds, enjoying a lovely traditional breakfast surrounded by the green landscape of Umbria, are some of the delightful details we started our days with. Relaxing by the beautiful pool or going around and getting lost in the several medieval towns near by, all... More

Several years of renovations to the family farm by your host Leonardo were completed to perfection. Every guest room is beautifully appointed and restored to modern comfort and standards, without losing any of its old-word charm. And then there's Leonardo himself. He greeted us, made us feel welcome, and took the time to help us with dinner suggestions and last... More

Photos cannot do justice to this beautiful home located high on hill with only stunning views of the serene countryside. Every detail is exquisite from the welcome, the linens, the food and the charming owner, Leonardo. The opportunity to have dinner served on select nights was a complete treat. The menu was designed to showcase the local cheeses, vegetables, meat,... More

What can I add to all those positive comments? We had a very pleasant stay and even ended up staying a day longer so we had to make it home by car in one day...(Belgium) The service, the food, the accommodation, the location, everything was perfect. We definitely go back.

We have stayed at Torre Palombara for 10 nights and we had a magical experience. The house has a lot of history and the owners took care of it in a very sensitive way with a good eye for detail. The host Leonardo informs you enthusiastically about the origin of the house and is ever so helpful when you need... More

We recently stayed here during our honeymoon trip to italy, and we were so thrilled that we chose Torre Palombara. Leonardo and his staff were so welcoming and inviting, we cannot speak highly enough about the level of service they provided. The estate was absolutely beautiful and so too was our room. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting... More

We booked this hotel almost by accident, we'd had 3 days in Rome and then travelled up to Garda for a week, but needed somewhere nearer our departure airport of Rome, after reading the reviews we decided to stay for 3 nights. We were travelling as a family of 3, two adults and our 12yr old son, so we booked... More

We found this hotel pretty much by accident and were very pleased we did. The location and views are breathtaking, the house is beautiful and tastefully furnished, the rooms are all very well appointed, beds comfortable. Two things make it truly special: Leonardo and his staff are like helpful friends, there when you need them, always nice, nothing is too... More
