We planned 3 days on the spot but ended up with 7 days. The location is absolutely fantastic. The staff are incredible. Breakfast is very nice. The swimmingpool is clean and the best place to be in a hot afternoon. Everything about this place is so nice and we will return next year.

This was absolute heaven. The villa and the setting are fantastically beautiful, our room was enormous & beautifully done, the swimming pool is wonderful. Verena, her brother and all the staff were charming & so friendly, and particular thanks to Verena who was helpful beyond measure, organising delivery from the local takeaway so we could have lunch by the pool,... This place is really nice, the staff is friendly, the view is amazing and the location is out of a dream. I would recommend this place for a nice relaxing summer vacation in Tuscany. The setting could not be more romantic the people could not be nicer. A complete 10.

One of the loveliest B&B places I know, where a most comfortable suite awaits you and the owner/managers are most friendly. It is in a quiet and beautiful area but the drive to Florence is not difficult, and the place thus answers most of one;s needs. Also a plus is the number of good restaurants nearby. I cannot understand Kim... More

We had a lovely stay here. Good value- a huge 2 bedroom suite with living room 2 bathrooms and small kitchen. Nice grounds and a good sized pool. Good place to retreat after hectic hot day in Florence. Owners extremely helpful and friendly. Only 3 small suggestions to make: 1. Don't let patrons light fires in old fashioned fireplace. I... If you have a car, stay here. This hotel is peace in Chiantishire. The staff are lovely, kind and considerate, without fawning. The rooms are quiet, large and comfortable. Plus we had a fridge and sink, so could have made better use of our stay. It took us about 20 minutes to reach Florence each day; we parked and ambled... More

This place seems to be run by a brother and sister. The brother (i forget his name) is very friendly and helpful... however the same cannot be said for his sister. That aside it is a very charming villa in a really lovely setting. Close to Florence but far away enough to be in the Tuscan countryside. The drive to... More

You stumble on this place not realising its proximity to Florence. A beautiful villa in lovely surroundings. I booked a double room which comprised an ample bathroom, large double bedroom and a spacious lounge with kitchen facilities - a large fridgefreezer, sink, dishwasher and gas hob. The welcome from the hosts deserves special mention - extremely helpful and friendly -... More

I´ll start of with the hosts. What a great couple. So friendly and really accommodating. Made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The property itself is amazing. It´s literally up the road from the centre of Florence but you wouldn´t know it. It´s such a tranquil place. The setting and surroundings give you that real Tuscan feel. Inside,... More

A beautiful place to embrace the serenity and beauty of the Tuscany hills and valleys. Placed on a hilltop surrounded by olive groves, and age old roses we enjoyed the excellent accommodations and the friendly atmosphere created by the owners. A perfect retreat each day upon returning from a day trip to Florence by tram and surrounding attractions. A perfect... More
