Very disappointing! Arrived at hotel which was birthday gift from my partner. Had booked double room to actually be put in room which was twin room. Shower was tiny. This hotel seemed like a reasonable rate for a night in Pisa, but the reviews made me a little nervous. After staying, we'd go back there again...it is outside of Pisa, but right on a frequent bus line (the Red Line) and that will take you directly to the tower, train station or airport. This hotel was fine. I would definately not say it was a 4star though - more like 2star with a fabulous pool! Having said that the rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. We had clean sheets and five clean towels every day. There was no luxury but then again you get what you pay for!! We had an enjoyable week... more

Room small, two single beds pushed together, restaurant not open sun or mon. Staff not very helpful. Supermarket just down the road. Please do not stay at this hotel...be warned! Looking at the photos the hotel looks really pleasant, particularly the lovely swimming pool.
