I guess for 70 euros a night I shouldn't have expected much. But it was pretty gross. Run down room and being fed on by Mosquitos. The paint in the room were chipping here and there and the dry walls were starting to crack at places. The bathroom door also couldn't open all the way because the tiles were uneven.... More

I made the reservation just before the check in and got an outstanding rate! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable! I really didn't expect to get a nice hotel like this by the low price I paid. It's strategically located between Siena and Florence, and it's perfect to set a base for Tuscany trips, as long you have a... More

Not much to see in Poggibonsi, the little town where the hotel is situated. The hotel itself is relatively clean but outdated. The shower tubs are very slippery, thus dangerous. The place becomes even more slippery when you have shower gel on your body. There is nothing for you to hold on when step in and out so my wife... More

Dear Sir, thank meanwhile had given feedback on our hotel. We are really sorry if we caused some disruption during your stay. I assure you, however, 'that are not caused by our will'. Unfortunately it depends on us if the excursions are not included in the price you paid to your travel agent, we are just a hotel. as it... More

My wife and I we spent a week at this hotel in early May, as the place to stay in a Toscana tour bought from home. The hotel is rather basic; it has some opportunities, but is far from, what normally we suppose to be, a four stars hotel. The good points are: a young lady at the front desk... More

Stayed from September 18 to 21, 2013. room very plain with small bathroom but clean. Breakfast meals okay but bacon never cooked just heated. One dinner okay. Other meal terrible. Went out one night to dinner at LaCertosa restaurant across from Charterhouse where monks live. Fantastic night with included opera singers, accordian player, piano player and violin and also included... More

2 night we spent in the hotel. The staff helped us a lot with our bike service before our Tuscany ride. The room was correct size but very clear. Breakfast was surprised, they cooked for us white eggs and served expresso coffee instead of American one. Wireless were available everywhere. First night we took dinner at their bar and it... More

We spent 4 days in September with a Cosmos Trip: very very bad! The worst hotel of our trip!!!!!!!! Besides the nice lady at the front desk, this place was really bad. The room hasn't been upgraded in years. There's mold in the bathroom. The place was old and dirty. Spend your money elsewhere!

Stayed from July 3rd to 7th, 2013 while on vacation with COSMOS Tours to Italy. Hotel location is good, rooms little small but clean. Rooms poorly stocked, toiletries minimal and low quality. Hotel staff indifferent and NO ENGLISH. Food OK for non-vegetarians but nothing on offer for pure vegetarians. Restaurant perhaps contracted to outside agency. We had very bad experience... More

We stayed here whilst on a Cosmos tour so no idea of cost but it was a very nice hotel. Great location as we visited many placed while being based here. All staff were very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile. The food was excellent both breakfast and dinners, and the waiting staff were very good. Our room... More
