The view you see in the picture is the back view. The front view is even more fantastic. The hotel sits on a ridge with beautiful valleys in front and in back. The owners are wonderful. The food was excellent. Great rooms, beds, pillows. We stayed 4 nights and commuted to Sienna, Florence, San Gimignano, etc. and loved every minute... More

Villa Lecchi has rooms in three different building and which you stay in may influence your impressions. We were in the Limonaia located above the restaurant. The room was nicely decorated but had only a small table and two chairs which while attractive were not very comfortable to sit on. The countryside view was largely blocked by trees. Bathroom towels... More

My husband and I traveled with a group of very close friends to celebrate a 10th wedding anniversary. The celebrated couple was married here at the Villa and decided to throw a wonderful gathering that will always be remembered as fabulous. Laura, the owner, and her son Giacomo, made this such a wonderful experience for everyone, and our friends who... More

On an Odyssey International 17 day "Portrait of Italy" tour, we stayed at Villa Lecchi for 4 nights. It is a family enterprise, run by Signora Laura. There is a on-site restaurant and while the main house was completed in 1850 or so, parts of it, and a fascinating cellar with a 100 foot deep hand-dug well, date to the... More

I stayed 4 nights at this wonderful family-owned and operated villa in the beautiful Tuscany region of Italy. Laura welcomed us as though we were family. The breakfasts and dinners were all cooked from scratch and 5 big stars for flavor and ambiance. Their home-made wines and desserts topped off the meals to the point that you didn't want to... More

Had a five night stay in this lovely 19th Century villa. Very welcoming and friendly. We chose a junior suite which turned out to be a lovely, character room in the main villa with breathtaking views over the Tuscan countryside. Antique style furnishings with plenty of room and a large bathroom. The latter could do with some updating but was... More

We just returned from our one week vacation in Tuscany. We have chosen Villa Lecchi because of its very convenient location and beauty but we could not even imagine how great it is in reality ! The breathtaking sunset views from the terrace, amazing frescoes on the walls, stylish interiors... Not mentioning wonderful breakfasts in the restaurant full of sun... More

We have just come back from 5 nights at this wonderful hotel. Laura, Giacomo and the rest of the family really made our stay special. The location is stunning, our room was amazing, decorated with frescoes around the doors and windows with views of sunsets to die for, across the Tuscan countryside to San Gimignano. Its a stunning location for... More

This was a home from home as you felt part of the family run business. Almost would love for this to stay a hidden gem so it wouldn't get too popular or otherwise will be difficult to book again. However we did really enjoy our time here and thanks to Jackiamo (I'm sure I misspelled your name so I apologies).... More

A restored early 19th century Villa perched on a hillside close to Siena with views over the Tuscan countryside towards San Gimignano provides the hotel with an enormous 'wow' factor. The setting is almost idyllic with the Villa set in its own compact grounds and gardens. With a Biospa in the undercroft and swimming pool in the picturesque gardens guests... More
